Video memories, in your pocket

A video on every card.

Every Remimo card carries a short code. Scan it or type it in, record a message once, and the people you give it to can watch it any time on any device.

How it works

There's no account, no app to install, and nobody to follow. You just need the card.

1

Get a card

Each card has its own 8-character code and a QR link that opens the card's page.

2

Record once

The first person to open the card uploads a video and can add a title, a note and a place. After that, the video can't be changed.

3

Share the moment

Give the card to someone. They scan it and the video plays straight away, sized for whatever screen they're using.

Private when you want it

You can lock a card's video with one of four methods. Only the people you choose can watch it.

PIN

A short number code to type in before the video plays.

Password

A full password, for when four digits aren't enough.

Secret question

A question that only the right people know the answer to.

Email link

You list the email addresses that are allowed to watch. Each of those people gets a one-time sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. The card is the key. If you protect a video, you also get a one-time recovery code. Keep it somewhere safe.

Will Remimo send me marketing email?

No. We only send one kind of email: the unlock link for a protected video, sent to addresses the card's owner listed. Read our Email Policy for details.

I got an unlock email I didn't expect.

Someone added your address to a protected Remimo video. You can ignore the email. To have your address removed or blocked, write to support@remimo.me.

Where is my video stored?

Videos are stored and streamed from Amazon Web Services in the EU (Frankfurt). Every video link is signed and expires after a short time. See our Privacy Policy.
