Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Remimo cards, remimo.me, app.remimo.me and l.remimo.me (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
Each Remimo card has a unique code. The first person to open the card's page can upload one video and add optional details. After that, anyone with the card or its code can watch the video, unless the owner protects it. Once a video and its details are submitted, they can't be changed.
2. Your content
- You keep all rights to the videos and text you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, convert, and stream them so we can run the Service.
- You confirm that you have the right to upload the content, and permission from the people who appear in it.
- Anyone holding the card or its code can watch an unprotected video. You decide who gets the card.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- upload illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, content that infringes someone else's rights, or content that harasses, threatens or exploits others;
- upload malware or try to get around access controls, signed URLs, or protection methods;
- send unwanted email. You may only add an email address to a video's allow-list if that person knows you and expects to receive access to the video. Adding addresses you've collected, bought or guessed is forbidden;
- overload, probe, or disrupt the Service, or try to find valid card codes by guessing them automatically.
We may remove content, turn off protection, or block cards that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. You can report abuse to abuse@remimo.me.
4. Protection and recovery codes
If you protect a video, you'll see a recovery code once. Keep it safe. We can't show it to you again, and losing it may mean you can no longer change the protection.
5. Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but we provide it "as is" and don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. Where possible, we'll give reasonable notice before discontinuing the Service.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content uploaded by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Privacy and email
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Email Policy describes the only email the Service sends.
8. Changes and contact
If we update these terms, we'll change the date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@remimo.me.
